At Studio Lilianna, we understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate all clients, we kindly ask you to review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Class Cancellations

Clients may cancel a class at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are considered late cancellations and are also non-refundable.

Workshops & Special Events

For workshops or special events, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
