Sound Bath
Sound Baths use soothing sound frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls to create a meditative environment. The vibrations help promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance by calming the mind and healing the body on a cellular level.

Vinyasa Flow

Shamanic Journeying
