Welcome to Studio Lilianna
A concept created from feeling like I don’t fit in any career, never having the right experience or manner for corporate/behind the scenes fashion jobs and feeling like working in other peoples stores for their dreams just didn’t sit well with me anymore…

My personal yoga journey . . .
I discovered yoga while traveling through Asia, where I met a yoga teacher who told me, “Yoga finds you when you’re ready.” Those words stuck with me. My first real experience was with Yoga Nidra in Bali in 2018. After that, I practiced on and off, exploring various styles, but it wasn’t until 2019, while living on a friend’s sofa in London, that yoga truly became a part of my life.
In that confusing time, I signed up for a local yoga studio. Every morning, I would walk there, listening to audiobooks, feeling lost in so many ways—struggling with self-worth, friendships, and what the hell I was doing career wise. I took for granted the lucky position I was in, I wasn't grateful for my surroundings. Showing up to the mat each day gave me structure, purpose and a sacred hour just for me. That's when it clicked and I truly fell in love with yoga. The simple act of breathing and staying present before heading into the chaos of life.
In January 2023 after moving back to Wales, I finally booked my teacher training. It was challenging, in ways I never expected. The process was about so much more than learning to teach; it pushed me to show up as my most authentic self. I realized I’d been living in a fog, and the training brought a lot of confrontation and emotion to the surface. But my teachers were incredible, and I met some amazing people along the way.
Since completing my training, I've had the privilege of teaching at festivals, retreats, to friends and family and now in my own studio. Collaborating with like-minded souls and other women has been an enriching part of my journey. Looking back, yoga has truly been the greatest transformation of my life. And the best part? I feel like I’m only just scratching the surface. It might sound cliché, but yoga really did save my life.

Nurture Your Inner and Outer Self . . .
This concept, Studio Lilianna, was born out of a deep personal realisation that I never quite fit into traditional career paths. For years, I struggled with the idea of working in corporate environments or behind-the-scenes fashion jobs, feeling like I didn’t have the “right” experience or the polished persona that seemed to be required. I spent a lot of time in positions where I was helping to build someone else’s dream, and it left me feeling unfulfilled. Working in other people's stores, promoting their visions, and trying to mold myself into something I wasn’t just didn’t sit well with me anymore.
That’s when I realized that I wanted to create something that allowed people to connect to their true selves, to feel confident in mind, body, and soul. Studio Lilianna is a space where people can explore not just their physical selves through movement, but their creative sides as well—unveiling parts of themselves that may have been hidden away. Yoga became the perfect vehicle for this, as it’s a practice that invites you to be vulnerable, creative, and expressive. It allows you to reconnect with your body, explore how you feel, and tune into your intuition—something that corporate structures never quite supported.
In a world that often values external beauty and superficial success, I believe it's essential to shift the focus toward inner confidence and self-expression. Our worth should never be based on how we look or how well we fit into society’s rigid standards. True confidence stems from knowing who you are, embracing your uniqueness, and being unapologetically yourself. It’s about moving away from judgment—of ourselves and others—and instead encouraging the freedom to explore, create, and grow in every aspect of life. I want to help people tap into that deeper, more creative part of themselves, allowing them to be confident in their bodies, minds, and spirits, free from comparison or expectations.
Studio Lilianna isn’t just about building a career; it’s about creating a space for authentic expression, where people can explore and develop their creative potential, feel empowered in their own skin, and ultimately connect more deeply to who they truly are.

The yoga sessions with you are a blessing every week as it is a safe space for everyone to practice. There is a place for everyone no matter the level of experience and I love the atmosphere you've created of respect where everyone follows at their own pace.
I also find that including the meditation and breath work in every session is really good as it is something I've always struggled to do on my own. Being short meditations makes it easier to follow and It feels less systematic and more inner or natural if that makes sense.
What I like the most Is the different theme or element we work on every month, as I feel that I get to learn more about the yoga philosophy not focusing only on the physical poses.
The fact that you collaborate with more women to offer workshops with other disciplines and sessions in the studio I love it.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you Lilianna .
I started your classes nearly a year ago , I was very apprehensive as I wasn’t sure how my body would move as I’m old enough to be your Mum!
With your patience and guidance I have thoroughly enjoyed and look forward to attending each week .
You have such a calm, peaceful soul it comes through the class .
You are mindful of everyone’s ability and always assure every member that you move to their own capability of their body .
I try to make 2 classes a week as I feel so much better , physically and mentally .
Ideally would love to make 3 classes a week if commitments would allow.
