What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that helps you deeply relax while remaining fully conscious. It’s a gentle way to release tension, calm the mind, and restore your body from the inside out.
No prior experience is needed — you can do Yoga Nidra lying on your mat with props if you like, and it’s accessible for all levels. Just bring yourself and a willingness to rest and reconnect.
Benefits of Yoga Nidra:
- Deep relaxation for body and mind
- Stress and anxiety reduction
- Nervous system regulation
- Improved sleep and restfulness
- Enhanced focus and mental clarity
- Emotional balance and inner calm
- Accessible for all levels — no experience required
