Sound Bath Add-On – 29th October (Welcome in Samhain)

On Thursday the 29th October, our final Yoga Nidra Class will be followed by a special collaborative sound bath.

Join us for Yoga Nidra from 6:30–8:00pm, followed by a deeply restful sound bath to close the evening.

This £7 add-on is for anyone already booked onto the 29th October Yoga Nidra class, either as part of the October Block or as a drop-in.
